3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Cancellations made by participants are subject to our cancellation policy as outlined on the Site.
3.2. We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
4. Participation Requirements
4.1. Participants must meet any specified age, health, or fitness requirements for the tour.
4.2. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents, including passports and visas.
5. Assumption of Risk
5.1. Adventure tours involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, injury, and exposure to the elements.
5.2. Participants acknowledge and assume these risks and agree to release WeRamblers and its affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the tour.
6. Health and Safety
6.1. Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.
6.2. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by WeRamblers staff during the tour.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of WeRamblers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7.2. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

11.1. WeRamblers registered with the Goods and Services Tax (Government of India, States, and Union Territories); our GST Registration Number is 29BRDPS2602D2ZZ, and we collect the GST payment from customers who pay us in India.
11.2. WeRamblers has also registered with MSME (Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) under Tour Operator Service; our UDYAM Registration Number is UDYAM-KR-03-0060415.
