We Ramblers Refund Policy
Please read our refund policy thoroughly before deciding to use any of our services. Our return policy varies by tour package. Before purchasing any of our tour packages, please read carefully our refund policy.
Refund policy for our fixed departure tours (hikes, treks, climbs, rides, tours).
- If you cancel 25 or more days before the tour begins, you will be charged 30% of the entire fee.
- Between 18 and 24 days before the tour’s start date, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the total cost.
- Between 10 and 17 days before the tour’s start date, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the entire cost.
- If you cancel within 10 days of the tour’s start date, you will be charged 50% of the entire fee.
- No refund will be issued if the tour begins.
- If the trip is canceled due to a pandemic, political instability, or natural disaster, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the entire tour budget.
- There will be no charge to reschedule the tour, but you must notify us 15 days before the start date.
